After years of dreaming of one day having his own place, he finally turned from employee to proud owner. Along with his wife Triny and children, he's bringing his passion for authentic flavors, family vibes, and fresh pizza to the neighborhood.

    Nick’s is named in memory of the previous owner's nephew, Nicholas Diehl, an Iraq War veteran who suffered from PTSD. After purchasing the restaurant, we decided to keep the name to continue honoring Nick and all those who serve our Country.
